
About Us
Rachael Pandeli is the Director of the Anaphylaxis and Allergy Consultancy Services (AACS).
Rachael has been a nurse for 16years and after completing her initial nursing degree at the University of Sydney she worked for various major teaching hospitals such as St. Vincent's Hospital, Royal Hospital for Women, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and for the NSW Health Department as an accredited Anaphylaxis Educator on the NSW Anaphylaxis Training Program. Rachael has completed postgraduate studies in Allergy Nursing through the University of South Australia, is an accredited Adult CPR Trainer , an Asthma NSW Asthma Friendly Schools Trainer/ Trainer of Emergency Asthma Management and holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Australian Society of Clinical Immunologists and Allergists (Associate Member)
Australian Society of Clinical Immunologists and Allergists (Anaphylaxis Working Party member)
Rachael has a personal interest in Anaphylaxis and Allergic disease as her eldest son has a nut anaphylaxis . Rachael currently continues to work in Anaphylaxis Education and in the Oral Food Challenge Clinic at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Sydney, Australia.
